As a freelance casting producer, Renee had the opportunity to work on a multitude of different projects - her favorite being The Profit (CNBC). In June of 2017, Renee stepped away from the freelance life for a bit to work at Painless Productions as the in-house Casting Director and a member of their Development team for over three years. She's now back on the freelance train and is currently casting a podcast featuring transgender individuals and their stories.

Rachel Rose is a Casting Associate for an Emmy award winning daytime show in LA. Originally from Michigan, she started developing her entertainment skills in high school where she ran her own radio show, cable access show, and performed in a selective theatrical course. Rachel is also a college graduate of the film school at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
She moved to LA in the Fall of 2006 and got her first industry job at a boutique talent agency shortly after. After working there for 3 years, she made the transition into casting. Rachel's first pilot was Suits for the USA Network. Her credits now include Fairly Legal (USA), Men at Work (TBS), State of Georgia (ABC Family), Scream Queens (FOX), and Masters of Sex (Showtime). She is currently working on an Emmy award winning daytime show.

She quickly fell in love with directing and the art of bringing a vision from the page to the stage. Chondra is the founder and co-producer of Lights Out On Broadway, an interactive soulful musical experience, shared in a comfortable, judgment-free space. Chondra is also very passionate about
the advancement and development of youth. She is director of operations for many teen programs all over the world, such as Be-YOU-Tiful Foundation, which promotes young ladies to just BE-YOU; Runway Rhythms, which teaches the core fundamentals of modeling, etiquette, and public
speaking; Talent Award Association (TAA), which helps youth recognize their talents and how to take them to its highest level.
