Harley began his career as a production trainee at Fox Television before moving on to various positions at New Line Cinema. He started out in casting with the legendary office of Hopkins/Smith/Barden, where he worked as a casting assistant on movies such as BOYS DON'T CRY, THE CIDER HOUSE RULES, and SIMPLY IRRESISTIBLE, as well as HBO's television series SEX AND THE CITY. He later served as associate with PalmStar and S2 Entertainment on an array of films, including JACK AND DIANE, FOR ELLEN, GUN HILL ROAD, UNION SQUARE, SILVER TONGUES, and THE GIRL IS IN TROUBLE.
Since forming Powers/Kaplan in 2010, Harley has cast the award-winning BLUE RUIN and THE COMEDY, as well as MAMAROSH, THE SECTOR, THE TELL-TALE HEART, and promotional campaigns for SONY, RANDOM HOUSE, EF LANGUAGE SCHOOLS, CAROLINA HERRERA, and PURISTICS. Harley has also written and produced short films and executive-produced the features BUCK RUN, DEATH4TOLD, and TEMPTATION.
Skyler is a casting professional that has been on projects such as This Is Us, Dietland, Colony, Good Boys, Controversy (FOX Pilot) and others. She got her degree from California State University Fullerton studying Communications for Entertainment and has an immense passion for the arts. Skyler got her start working in the talent department CONAN and has built her career from there. She has experience will actors of all ages and ethnicities. She spends her free time going to musicals, comedy shows and plays around town finding artists and professionals that are just as passionate and excited about the industry as she is.

KMR passionately champions an eclectic list of accomplished principal performers whose work can regularly be seen on Broadway and the American stage. A New York native, Barrett was born with a deep-seated appreciation for the arts in all forms. Growing up he was an aspiring musician who played several instruments. Barrett ultimately graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Connecticut. Seeking to marry his business acumen with his passion for entertainment, Barrett pursued a career as a talent agent. While still in college, he interned in CESD’s New York office and returned for full-time employment upon graduation. Barrett then moved to Innovative Artists where he continued his study of the industry, and after two years left to take his first agent position at KMR. When not working, Barrett enjoys catching a Yankees game, playing music, and exploring the many adventures that New York has to offer.

Stephen Belden is a manager at More/Medavoy. He has established himself as a manager with a sharp eye for talent and continues to build a roster of up and coming actors, writers, and directors while also being active in developing and producing projects alongside partners Erwin More and Brian Medavoy. He is from Canton, Ohio and graduated with a degree in Film from The Ohio State University. He got his start in entertainment working in development at BBC Worldwide Productions and The Mark Gordon Company before becoming a talent agent at Sovereign Talent Group. After that, he moved into management at ATN Entertainment where he focused on developing both talent and writers.

Scott is knee deep in casting for theatre, around the country, as well as film, TV and Commercial! In addition to casting, Scott pursues his interest in education by teaching audition skills and application on the concept of the business of acting. Some of Scott’s educational work includes a 10 week “Business of Acting” course and a 5 week On Camera commercial technique class. He teaches regularly for SAG/AFTRA and has been a regular guest monologue coach for Vassar’s summer program, Powerhouse. Along with co-teacher Susan Pilar, he developed a 6 week curriculum called “FUSE”, designed to help recently graduated acting students bridge the gap between the academic and professional acting environment. Scott also works with college theatre departments to help them better prepare for their NYC showcase.
