Tonya Hensley is the owner and founder of TDH Talent Unlimited, a SAG-AFTRA franchised talent agency representing a diverse roster of actors across film, television, and commercial projects. With a strong background in talent development and industry standards, Tonya brings a keen eye for evaluating headshots, resumes, and performance reels. Melanie is currently the Founder/Head of Casting at Forchetti Casting, LLC in Savannah, GA where she has already cast principals, supporting roles, and background for a major studio feature along with numerous movies for Lifetime. She also casts talent for commercials, print work, and voiceovers.

After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Acting, Melanie worked in Los Angeles at the top talent & literary agency, Writers & Artists, where she was a contracts administrator, liaising between the studios and the agency’s clients throughout all contractual negotiations on films and television shows. She then worked at The Firm, an A-List talent management company, handling the careers of celebrities including Teri Hatcher, Samuel L. Jackson, and Anthony LaPaglia among many others.

Melanie then went on to run Mike Lemon Casting for seven years in Philadelphia, PA as the Head of Casting. She cast thousands of projects including feature films, TV Shows, commercials, music videos, print jobs and voiceovers. Some of the feature films she did principal casting for included “Voiceless,” which won Best Picture at both the California Film Festival and Northeast Film Festival along with 7 other wins/nominations and “Career Opportunities in Organized Crime” which was the first Virtual Reality feature film to ever be shot. A short she cast entitled “Understanding” won Best Reader Award 2016 from Kodak. She has also cast TV hosts for QVC, NBC, Animal Planet, PBS, along with the PA Announcer for the Eagles.

Brittainy joined Gray Talent Group in July of 2015. She now heads up the midwest on camera department as well as the VO department across the coast. After earning degrees in Theatre Arts and Psychology from the University of Iowa, she began her career in theatre, working in the fields of fundraising and production and stage management. In tandem with her work in the field of performing arts, Brittainy worked in the aviation industry, during which time she learned that there truly is no place like sweet home Chicago. Brittainy is delighted to be part of the performing arts community and is thrilled to help showcase the amazing talents of the actors at Gray Talent Group.

Toula Scordilis is an Emmy Award-nominated Associate Casting Director with extensive experience in both NY and LA. Her career began at the Public Theater/NYSF working with Casting Directors Jordan Thaler and Heidi Griffiths. She then continued her work in casting with Emmy Award-winning Casting Director Avy Kaufman and Emmy Award-nominated Casting Director J. McAlary. Aaron Sacks was at Omnipop Talent Group for 5 years. He then was at Bohemia Group for 8 years. Aaron is now the VP of Talent and a talent manager at MGMT Artists.

Aaron grew up in San Diego and got his BA degree from CSUN majoring in Cinema & Television Arts. Out of school, Aaron started working on the agency side of the business. He worked at The Sheldon/Prosnit Agency and then worked at ICM Partners.
