Melissa is an experienced casting associate and casting director who returned to Los Angeles a few years ago to work with La Padura and Hart Casting, where her casting journey began. She collaborated with Julia Kim on the Amazon limited series EXPATS, which aired in January 2024. The most recent series Melissa worked on, which aired from June 2024 - August 2024, is the Apple TV+ series SUNNY, starring Rashida Jones. Her resume includes projects such as Disney+'s Secret Society of Second Born Royals, USA's Treadstone, and the High School Musical trilogy. Previously, Melissa spent nine years in New York, working on CBS's Blue Bloods and the debut season of Showtime's Billions, for which she received an Artios Award nomination. She has worked on numerous series, pilots, and films in both New York and Los Angeles and is currently consulting on a few projects.

Cheryl Louden-Kubin is an award-winning Casting Director who has been working in Casting for over 30 years. She started her career as an Associate Casting Director with The Casting Directors, Inc. in Miami, and then moved to in-house casting for the iconic show MIAMI VICE. After moving to Atlanta, Cheryl opened AtlantaCastingLLC in 2013. In addition to casting numerous commercials, (Google, Moe’s, Under Armour, to name a few) she also cast several short films and indie films. Two of her Short films are up for Consideration for an Artios Award (CSA) She loves actors and the process and feels that her acting background helps her be a better casting director.

Graduate of Marymount College, Tarrytown, NY (BA Drama/ English) Attended Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts -London, England. Carnegie Mellon Univ.(summer program) Pitts, PA. Cheryl started casting work as an Associate Casting Director with The Casting Directors, Inc. in Miami, and then moved to in-house casting for Miami Vice. Cheryl won a CLIO award (excellence in commercials) for a Pepsi commercial.

 Opened The Casting Crew, Inc. in Hollywood, Florida in 1990. Relocated to the Atlanta area in 2000. Opened AtlantaCastingLLC  10 years ago. Since then she’s been doing commercials  and Indie films.( She's also worked with HBO, NBC and Netflix but really enjoys indies.) Has spent the better part of this year casting  a Vertical Web Series.

Jacqueline Wheeler is a Film & TV Agent at People Store. Formerly an agent at the New York based Talent Agency, Nicolosi & Co. and is the resident Casting Director for Evening Squire Productions. She received her MFA in Acting at Michigan State University. In addition to her MFA, she holds a secondary degree in Entertainment Business with a concentration in Performance Management. She has taught theatre at universities across the United States and in 2011 she traveled to teach English through theatre in Istanbul, Turkey. Jacqueline worked previously at Don Buchwald & Associates and Stephanie Holbrook Casting in New York City.

Bailey is an Associate at Shakyra Dowling Casting CSA where she has been working for the past 6 years. Bailey has worked for a number of well-known Casting Directors including Tree Petts Casting, Kate and Lou Casting. Bailey is currently casting her second feature film PAINT QUEST directed by Daisy Jacob’s after the success of her short film DANGEROUS ROMANCE (Vivienne Gibbs & Scott Handy) which was selected for numerous festivals including Raindance and Holly Shorts. 

Bailey has also cast many Short Films including INCOMPATABLE directed by Maxine Peake (for which she won a Best Casting Award at Tweetfest 2023), Karen Bryson’s MONOCHROMATIC and THERE WILL COME SOFT RAINS directed by BAFTA nominated Elham Ehsas, due to be released later this year.

She has assisted on numerous feature films & tv series including WOLF directed by Nathalie Bianchari (George Mackay & Lily Rose Depp), LAST SWIM (Narges Rashidi, Solly McLeod & Jay Lycurgo, both ‘Screen International Stars of Tomorrow’). And most recently Peter Greenaway’s LUCCA MORTIS (Dustin Hoffman & Helen Hunt).
  
After a 12 year career in the arts, working as a dancer and model, Bailey discovered this other side of the industry and started her journey into Casting in 2018.

Kaelyn Hutchins has joined Neon Kite as a Talent Manager, bringing her wealth of experience and dedication to the next chapter of her career. Hutchins spent nearly nine years as a Talent Manager at Principal Entertainment LA, where she developed her expertise in representing a range of talent. After her tenure there, she moved to Strand Entertainment (formerly Silver Lining Entertainment) as a Talent Manager, where she worked for a little over a year and a half, continuing to represent notable clients like Annie Gonzalez (Flamin' Hot), Maya Lynne Robinson (The Unicorn), Kelen Coleman (The Newsroom), and Carolina Moreno (Acapulco). She began her career in entertainment as a Programming Intern at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where she was promoted to Features Programmer. She then transitioned into talent management, starting as an assistant at Jordan Lee Talent.
