Kaitlin, a born-and-raised Pittsburgher, received her degree in Acting from Point Park University in 2017. After graduation, she discovered a passion for the work that happens behind the table and for being an advocate and champion for actors, which ultimately led her into the world of talent representation. She was fortunate enough to land an internship at Nicolosi & Co., where she learned the ins and outs of the business and discovered that representation was where she wanted to build her career. That opportunity paved the way to a position at DGRW in 2019, where she worked under Jim Wilhelm- the “W” of DGRW. Through many years, a global pandemic, and a strike (or two!), Kaitlin has had the opportunity to grow, learn, and build a career doing work she truly loves.
