Morgan Peterson is the Senior Booker at MMG, where she brings a strategic eye, sharp negotiation skills, and a deep passion for talent development across commercial, print, and voiceover. Since joining MMG, she 

Prior to MMG, Morgan served as Senior Agent of Commercial, VO, and Print at Take 3 Talent, where she negotiated national campaigns and developed standout divisions across multiple markets.

Her clients have appeared in major brand campaigns for Chanel, McDonald’s, Target, Adidas, Huntington Bank, Hims & Hers, LG, Telfar, Google Pixel, Cigna, and Toyota, among others. In the voiceover space, her actors have been featured in commercial spots, animated series, global ad campaigns, and interactive media, including Dora, Mastercard, Winnie the Pooh, Stranger Things: Tales from ’85, Amazon, Paw Patrol, Firebuds, Panera, BMW, eBay, Verizon, and Rockstar Games.

Before relocating to New York in 2021, Morgan worked at one of Boston’s leading talent agencies and was recognized with a 2022 Heller Award nomination for Commercial or VO Agent of the Year (Northeast). She is known for her sharp instincts, hands-on approach, and commitment to creating lasting, career-defining opportunities for her talent.

Ashley Wible is the Head of Legit Theatre at Aperture Talent, where she has led the department since 2024. Prior to joining Aperture, she spent nine years at Kazarian/Measures/Ruskin & Associates (KMR), quickly rising from assistant to agent. A trained performer herself, Ashley holds a degree in Theatre and Linguistics from University of California, Irvine and has studied at American Conservatory Theater and British American Drama Academy. Her firsthand understanding of the craft fuels her deep commitment to advocating for artists and helping them build sustainable, fulfilling careers. A lifelong theatre lover, Ashley is passionate about championing talent at every stage of development. Perri is excited to be at Bramante Artists as the Commercial and Legit Agent and looks forward to helping talent achieve their goals.  From 2016 to 2018, she worked as a Junior Agent in the TV/Film/Commercial department at Across the Board Talent Agency.  Prior to that, Perri shifted to on-camera commercial acting, appearing in over 30 projects over six years. This experience, combined with her casting background, gives her a unique perspective from both sides of the camera.
In 2011, she joined Rita Powers Casting, where she hired principal and background talent for television and feature films and partnered with BAC Talent Casting on international projects, reality TV, and commercials.
Originally from New Jersey, she enjoys playing pickleball, previously competed as an obstacle course racer and ultra runner,.

Danielle Pretsfelder Demchick, CSA (she/her/hers) is a casting director and advocate manifesting change in how the real world is reflected in today’s media. Her focus is on elevating underrepresented and misrepresented communities, and with disability being the most underrepresented and misrepresented facet of our population, her passion for disability inclusion in media is always front and center in her work.  


She has been an active member of the New York casting community since 2004. Nickelodeon was her casting home for over 14 years, where she tapped into her love of developing young talent. From live action and animation, scripted and unscripted, long form and short form, and even podcasts, she has and loves to cast it all! Some highlights from her Nickelodeon years include The Astronauts, The Barbarian and the Troll, Blue's Clues & You, Bubble Guppies, Dora the Explorer, Drama Club, Wallykazam, and Welcome to the Wayne.  


Since her departure from Nickelodeon to open her own casting office in April 2022, some of her favorite credits include RespectAbility's Disabled Children's Content Creator's Lab (sponsored by Netflix), American Girl: Corinne Tan, the first American Girl of the Year film, which tells the story of the first Chinese American Girl, for HBOMax and Marvista Entertainment, Matt Rogers: Have You Heard of Christmas? for Showtime and You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah for Happy Madison Productions, airing on Netflix, and Well-Versed for Nickelodeon. She continues to cast Viacom Kids & Family content and has some exciting projects there she cannot wait to be able to tell more about! She has also been fortunate to collaborate with Netflix, Sony Pictures Television Kids, Disney, PBS, and Sesame Workshop.

 

Prior to Nickelodeon, she worked in independent film casting. Select credits include Adam (2009), Holly Rollers (2010), New York City Serenade (2007) and Where God Left His Shoes (2007.) She also spent a year at Innovative Artists learning the agency side of the business, learning from the absolute best of the best.

 

The co-VP of Advocacy for the Casting Society of America, her work elevating underrepresented communities has been barrier breaking. She has led open calls for Trans & Non-Binary Actors, Performers with Disabilities, MENASA (Middle Eastern, North African, South Asian), Veterans, Senior Actors, Native American and Indigenous Actors, Black Actors, Asian Actors (over 7,000 actors submitted.) She recently oversaw CSA's 2023 initiative, Mi Gente!, for Latine actors.

 

She serves on the board of both the Casting Society of America and Casting Society Cares, where her focus is on Training & Education. She serves as a faculty advisor for RespectAbility and previously as the talent and casting consultant for GAMUT management, which works exclusively with talent with disabilities. She is also on the Actor's Fund's Looking Ahead Advisory Board. In addition to her work in casting, she is currently pursuing a master's degree in Disabilities Studies at the City University of New York and is a trained childhood bereavement group facilitator. She prides herself on being an ally to artists and aspiring talent of all abilities.

Tom O'Hare is a professional Casting Director in New York City for over 10 years and is the owner of Tempest Casting. Tom O'hare's work includes casting commercials for Walmart, MTV, Uber, MLB, Morgan Stanley, Subway, Nabisco, Chase Bank, Dixie, Jack Daniels, Hanes and Buzzfeed. His TV credits include Girl Code, Guy Code, Girl Code vs. Guy Code, cast reenactments for the award winning documentary Going Clear as well as the independent short film "Colder". 
In the past, Tom has been the casting director for ID Discovery, for such programs as The Real Story with Maria Elena Salinas Season 2, People Magazine Investigates: Cults Season 1 and 2 and Dark Waters, Seasons 1 and 2 and several viral spots for social media.
